Our Steven-Step methodology is visually represented over three stages through our tower block system. Each of the steps represent a block within this tower, starting from the ground and moving to the top. It shows the order and prioritisation that a school run wraparound childcare setting should follow. It allows colleagues to breakdown development planning into blocks of work that can be built upon each other to create a solid, stable and exciting wraparound care offer. Our digital system allows for each step to be introduced as needed by a school or club over time. It allows integration in stages when looking to centralise the wraparound care offer within a Multi-Academy Trust.
